  Frank Hennessey - Chairman, CEO, Director, has more than 42 years of auto, retail, wholesale and finance experience. In addition to his role at InStream Financial™, Frank is also chairman and CEO of Hennessey Capital, a commercial finance and factoring company. Over the years, he has served as vice chairman and CEO of MascoTech, Inc.; chairman and CEO of Emco Limited; CEO of the Handleman Company; and group managing partner for the midwest region of Coopers and Lybrand. Frank is a director and audit committee chair for DTE Energy, chairman of the board for Clarity Technologies, Inc., chairman of the board for Digital Detroit, director of Vale Solutions, vice chairman for United Way Community Services, director for Starr Commonwealth, trustee for the American Business Conference, director for New Detroit, Inc., trustee for Citizen’s Research Council of Michigan, past chairman of the Japan America Society and past chairman of the Detroit Regional Chamber of Commerce. Frank received a Bachelor of Science degree from Northeastern University, Boston.
  Tom Cross - President and Director, has more than 22 years of banking and finance experience. Over the years, Tom has helped found four successful financial services businesses: Triad Financial, 1988, a commercial finance and factoring company; Crestmark Bank, 1996, a commercial bank; eFinNet Corporation, 2000, a financial services company; and Hennessey Capital, 2002, a commercial finance and factoring company. Tom served as president and director of Triad, Crestmark and eFinNet, and continues to serve as vice-chairman of Hennessey Capital. Tom is also a trustee for the new Detroit Science Center and the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. He has served as director of the Commercial Finance Association, Turnaround Management Association and the Association for Corporate Growth. Tom’s education includes undergraduate work in economics and engineering, along with an MBA from the University of Michigan.
  Bob Sabourin - Executive Vice President, is responsible for investor relations, new business development, client support, and marketing. Bob’s experience spans more than 25 years, from General Motors, where he developed proprietary software, to SGI, where, as central region operations general manager, he oversaw 100 staff members, 300 direct customers, more than 50 channel partners, several major distributors and more than $200 million in annual sales. Bob has a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science from Wayne State University and is a graduate of the advanced management program at Harvard University.
  Charlie Gagné - Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, manages all accounting, finance and operations. He also serves as chief financial and operating officer, and chief credit officer for Hennessey Capital. Charlie has more than 22 years of accounting, auditing and tax experience. In early 2000, he co-founded eFinNet. During his 13 years as a certified public accountant at Deloitte & Touche, Charlie specialized in working with manufacturers and privately held companies, both in accounting and tax matters. Charlie has a bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University.
  Thomas Gagné - Chief Technical Officer, is responsible for new product development and implementation, and systems security. He has more than 19 years experience designing, developing and programming systems for the insurance and banking industries. Tom has written numerous articles and papers on Web-based finance, and he designed one of the early systems for On-Line Transaction Processing (OLTP) which he still maintains today as an open-source project. As a VP at Comerica Bank, Tom was responsible for portfolio management software, networking technologies, payment systems and Internet strategies. Tom co-founded eFinNet in 2000 and serves as its chief technology officer.
