Kevin Ertell Joins ForeSee Results
as Vice President

Ertell’s experience and leadership strengthens and expands ForeSee Results’ senior management team and retail presence as the company continues to execute its aggressive and successful growth plan. Ertell will provide leadership to the company’s solutions for the retail industry.  He will be working with ForeSee Results’ product, delivery, and marketing teams to ensure that ForeSee Results continues to provide best-in-class solutions to the retail industry that bring innovation and operational excellence.  Kevin will also continue to be an industry thought leader and advisor by authoring white papers and research studies, overseeing retail research, and sharing thoughts and expertise at www.retailshakennotstirred.com.

Ertell brings more than 25 years of experience in retail and more than 10 years of senior management experience with online commerce, most recently as senior vice president of e-business at Borders, where he served as the primary leadership and planning force of e-business strategies for Borders.com. While at Borders, Ertell championed an innovative and award-winning cross-channel retailing strategy and led the 2008 relaunch of Borders.com as an e-commerce site with cutting-edge interactive features like its Magic Shelf virtual bookshelf.  Ertell also led the team that built Borders Rewards, one of largest specialty retail loyalty programs in existence. Prior to joining Borders, Ertell was a senior vice president and managing director of TowerRecords.com, where he provided strategy and leadership for online operations, overseeing an increase in online revenues even as the company and industry struggled.

In addition to his experience in the e-retail trenches, Ertell is a well-known industry expert and thought leader, having served as a featured speaker at Shop.org, eTail, NRF, Internet Retailer, Global E-Commerce Summit, and AdAge Digital, among other industry events. He has also been a member of Shop.org’s Policy Advisory Committee, the Cross-Channel Retailing Consortium, and the eTail Content Advisory Board.
